We are currently seeking applications for the position of Lead Consultant - Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer. As a Lead Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity, streamlining operations, and enhancing efficiency within a customized Salesforce database. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau CRM solutions that align with business objectives and user requirements. You will be tasked with building data models, datasets, and dashboards in Tableau CRM to visualize complex data sets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Moreover, you will implement best practices for data visualization to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and usability of dashboards. Your role will involve conducting data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to driving business value. Additionally, you will optimize Tableau CRM performance through efficient data modeling and dashboard design, while also troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within the CRM environment. Collaboration with data engineers and administrators will be essential to ensure data integrity, security, and scalability. You will be responsible for providing training and support to end users on Tableau CRM functionality and usage. It is imperative to stay updated on Tableau CRM features, enhancements, and industry trends to continuously enhance analytics solutions. Collaboration with IT teams to integrate Tableau CRM with other systems and data sources as needed will also be part of your role. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. - Knowledge of Tableau CRM is essential. - Ability to provide estimates on assigned tasks. - Proficiency in independently writing quality code that is simple, reliable, and scalable. - Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proactive approach to exploring methods and tools to enhance the overall development process.
