Job Description
- Independently operate conventional lathes to produce precision components
- Read and interpret technical drawings and follow specified tolerances
- Measure, inspect, and ensure the accuracy and quality of machined parts
- Make necessary machine adjustments and minor corrections during the machining process
- Ensure cleanliness, order, and maintenance of machines and work area
- Contribute to continuous quality and process improvements
- Proven B1/B2 Level German Proficiency
- Completed vocational training in metalworking (e.g., turning technician, precision mechanic, or similar)
- Sound experience in operating conventional turning machines
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings with precision
- Familiarity with quality control methods and measuring tools
- Basic knowledge of German is an advantage; willingness to undergo German language training is essential Independent, precise, and reliable work ethic
