Go mechanic is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele-Sales executive to handle customer queries and drive sales through voice and call processes. The ideal candidate should
have excellent communication skills a customer - centric approach and the ability to multitask effectively. looking for immediate joiners.
Location: corporate office, 7th floor Tower A, space itech Park, sohna- Gurgaon RD, Block S, sector 49, shift and working hours : 9 hours shift Roaster off
Role and responsibility:
- handle customer queries via voice call and ensure resolution with a professional approach and ensure lead conversation
- Address and resolve customer issues or concern in an efficient and friendly manner.
- bulid and maintain positive relationship with customer by deliverying exceptional service.
- promoting Gomechanic's service and product to customer.
- meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly and performance matrics
- collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Skill:
- bachelor's degree in relevant field is the most
- excellent variable communication skills in both Hindi and English
- prior experience in T
elesales, customer support or BPO process is a plus
- ability to work under pressure
