Executive/ Sr Executive Procurement @ Motherson Technology

Job Description

Role Overview:

Support procurement activities including query handling, purchase order processing, portal management, and reporting for Motherson Group & subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle purchase order queries and update order status
  
• Process and review purchase orders in SAP & portals
  
• Manage procurement portal content (KPIs, policies, objectives)
  
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and training material
  
• Ensure SLA adherence and process accuracy
  
• Support SOX compliance documentation
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Good understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
  
• Experience with SAP is a must
  
• Strong MS Office & communication skills
  
• Flexible, team player with problem-solving ability
