Fujitsu Research of India (FRIPL) is the India innovation arm of our global tech organization, focused on building next-gen solutions in AI, data, and security.

About the New BU-MVP Engineering Division:

We're launching a new MVP Engineering Division which will focus on converting cutting-edge research into working MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) within 34 months. This agile, startup-style unit will deliver real-world impact through rapid prototyping and iteration.

Role: Senior Manager- MVP Development (AI & Emerging Tech)

Location: Bangalore, India

What Youll Do:

• Build and lead a cross-functional MVP team (engineers, PMs, designers).
• Drive 34 month MVP cycles from concept to delivery.
• Translate research prototypes into scalable, testable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, especially in AI/ML and emerging tech.
• Collaborate with US-based teams for planning, feedback, and delivery.

What Were Looking For:

• 14+ yrs in software/product development; 7+ yrs in AI/ML roles.
• 3+ yrs of team leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on skills in AI, prototyping, agile methods.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in fast, ambiguous environments.
  

Nice to Have:

• MS/PhD in CS or related field.
• Experience in research-to-product transitions.
• Familiarity with cloud, DevOps, and secure AI practices.
