Job Description
Job Title: Senior Engineer /Module Lead - QA/QC
Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka.

Mistrals Product Quality Assurance services (QA Services) are modelled as per the project
requirements (e.g. Prototype, Spiral, Iterative, V Model, Agile) and the independent testing
and validation team participates in all phases of the project, such as formal technical reviews,
audits, carrying out different levels of testing like White box, Black box, System testing and
assist during certification process.
Job Description:
The Ideal Resource will match the below pre-requisites:
4 to 6 years of experience preferably from Electronic Industry (Defense/Aerospace Industry
Mandatory Skills:
Quality Assurance, Dfense, Avionics, ISO 9001, AS 9100, QMS, Embedded, Compliance,
Audits, Supplier Performance, HDD, SDD, PCBA, Quality-assurance, Embedded-Systems,
Hardware, AS-9100, Dfense, Avionics, HDD, SDD, PCBA, Compliance, Audits, QA
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of Electronics Design & Development, its Lifecycle (HDLC/SDLC).
Roles:
- Knowledge of Components and its inspection methods
Inspection Report generation
Understanding of CoC
Bare PCB inspection
Understanding the assembled boards and its complexity
To assist the Project Managers in the maintenance of project process requirements
as per Mistrals QMS
Conducting pre-Delivery Inspection Delivery.
Develop and Prepare (when needed) QA plans for In-process and Final testing and
get it reviewed and accepted by the authorities / customers.
BOMKittingRaw martials COC verifications inspection and verification
coordination with Agencies (when needed).
To manage and perform the SVN configuration management audits.
Performing Process Compliance Checks
Project KPI collection and its Analysis
Managing Internal Audit Activities
ESSEMIEMCQTATSOFT activities coordination with the certification agencies.
Coordination for the collection of the Customer Satisfaction from the
To manage and perform the SVN configuration management audits.
To perform vendor audits and to collect Supplier Performance Reports.
Performing Process Compliance Checks.
To assist the Project Managers in the maintenance of project process requirements as per
Mistrals QMS.

Interaction with CQAE, CMILAC, DGAQA , SSQAG, RNQA for the compliance to the
documentation (ATPMDITSFTPSOPQAPBOM) and to coordinate for QA clearance
from them.
Perform Acceptance Inspection of assemblies/subassemblies received from vendors.
