Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end financial due diligence for buy-side or sell-side M&A transactions
Analyze historical and forecast financial information to identify trends, key issues, and areas of risk or opportunity
Assess the quality of earnings, working capital, debt, and other critical deal metrics
Prepare financial models and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Liaise with clients, target companies, and other advisors (legal, tax, etc.) during the due diligence process
Assist in drafting due diligence reports and presentations
Work closely with tax, legal, and operational teams for comprehensive risk assessment
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP) and regulatory changes
Support business development initiatives including proposal writing, pitch presentations, and industry research
Competitor P&L and analysis
Great communication and excel skills
