Job Specification:
We are seeking a Project Lead responsible for ensuring the successful execution of assigned project scopes by guiding and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the project team. The role requires close collaboration with the project manager and stakeholders to ensure milestones are achieved, issues are resolved, and deliverables meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Guide daily team activities, allocate tasks, and foster a collaborative environment to ensure alignment and productivity.
- Milestone & Quality Tracking: Monitor project progress, address technical/team-related issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles that could hinder the teams progress, while implementing creative and effective solutions to ensure the project remains on track
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between project manager, stakeholders, and team; provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and successes.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks (technical or team-related) and develop mitigation strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports, resource utilization updates, and outcome summaries to the project manager and senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 8 years in project-based roles with proven ability to lead teams or initiatives.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Problem-Solving: Critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve issues and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and unforeseen challenges.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
