Job Description

AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Google LLMs, prompt design, fine-tuning, RLHF, and A2A orchestration.

Experience Level: 8 + years

Responsibilities:

Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies.
Fine-tune LLMs using domain-specific datasets.
Apply RLHF to improve agent decision-making.
Implement agents using Vertex AI, PaLM, Gemini.
Collaborate on agent architecture and evaluation.
Use MCP to standardize agent interaction.
Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, JAXRLHF, PyTorch.
Hands-on with Vertex AI, Gemini, AutoML.
Knowledge of transformers, LoRA, quantization, PEFT.
Experience with ADK, A2A, MCP protocols.
Prompt tuning and chain-of-thought expertise.
