Function: Voice Process (BPO)
Type: Permanent Timings: - 9 AM - 7 PM or (Rotational Shifts ) Day shift only
Work Schedule: Mon-Sun (1 rotational week off)
Required skill set:
Graduation is Mandatory( No pursuing or Backlogs Candidates)
Proficiency in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
Job Description - Associate Collections
Role Overview: The Collections Executive is responsible for recovering dues from delinquent customers allocated by the organization, in compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies. The role involves managing overdue accounts across all buckets and products, achieving collection targets, and ensuring customer interactions are handled professionally and within defined timelines
Key Responsibilities:
Recover dues from delinquent customers as per allocation, within organizational processes and RBI guidelines.
Manage overdue accounts across multiple buckets and products through tele-calling.
Achieve productivity and collection targets as defined by the organization.
Maintain accurate and detailed feedback records in prescribed formats, including complete trail updates on the collection portal.
Resolve customer queries promptly and escalate cases as per the defined escalation grid. Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with due dates.
Use skip tracing tools and strategies to identify and contact the right party for negotiations. Handle outbound calls in a professional, compliant, and courteous manner while enhancing customer relationships.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism
