Job Description
Project Manager- ITRole: Business Application Lead position (offshore) Position Overview:
Should have 15+ years of experience in IT industry and managing the project manager role of at least 5+ years of experience.
Candidate should have good US healthcare domain.
Good to have experience in Oracle Fusion (HCM, ERP, EPM, CX cloud), Identity management (Sailpoint, Oracle), Oracle Webcenter Key Responsibilities:
- Managing team size of 20+ associates
- Should have project management experience in production support, enhancement and development project
- Should have experience in tracking project milestones, SLA metrics
- Lead and motivate project teams, assigning individual responsibilities and managing workloads.
- Monitor project progress against the plan, identifying and addressing deviations and potential roadblocks.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, discuss issues, and facilitate decision-making.
- Proactively address issues and challenges to keep projects on track.
- Escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders and senior management as needed.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed, tested, and deployed successfully.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
- Formally close out projects, including documentation and handoff to operational teams.
- Promote best practices with our team and highlight the same in the status report.
- Team Coordination (Offshore/Onsite) with Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, Real-time Slack/Teams discussions with the team and Resolving blockers for team members in real time.
- Drive the morning and evening sprint meeting during on call
