Plan, manage, and execute Environment activities for FM Converge (FMC) platform and related upstream/downstream systems
Review business and system requirements to manage the environment covering functional flows, system interfaces, and data validations
Coordinate with business, support, and development teams to understand business flows and dependencies
Perform root cause analysis for issues identified during deployment and work with development teams for resolution
Contribute to continuous improvement of environment processes, tools, and automation frameworks
Participate in daily status calls, defect triage meetings, and provide timely updates to stakeholders
Ensure environment deadlines are met with high quality deliverables, aligned with project timelines
Support post-production deployment validations and early life support (Warranty Phase)
