Job description : Digital Adoption Consultant/Business Analyst
What are we looking for?
- Ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders and understand
the purpose and requirements of various customer business/enterprise applications, processes, and user personas.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in any of the following domains - Content Creation/Instructional Design/ Technical Writing/Customer Success/Account Management/Marketing/Software Development/Business Analysis
- Experience with SaaS onboarding and implementation is a must
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
Qualification Criteria and Skills
- Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies
- Worked in any of the following industries - IT/ITES /Healthcare/BFSI/ Manufacturing/FMCG/Oil and Gas among others.
- Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, etc. such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Teertis, etc. would be an added advantage
- Prior experience in SaaS onboarding or implementation projects.
What would be your role and responsibilities?
- Work with our global customers to identify their target audiences' training needs, acquire an understanding of customer applications and processes, derive actionable insights, and use cases to improve digital adoption.
- Guide customers through SaaS onboarding, ensuring seamless adoption and optimal utilization of platforms.
- Should have knowledge or hands on experience working on HTML, CSS, JS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our customers.
- Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to our customers using the relevant product ecosystem.
- Create Content to suit the customer's use cases.
- Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects
Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office - WFO)
Shift Timings: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST
Work Week: 5-day work week (2 day WFH in a month)
