Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a committed Accounts & Finance professional to manage accounting and compliance across our group companies in India, USA, Dubai, and Singapore. The role is strictly on-site at our Noida office (Sector 62). This is an internal finance role (not client-facing), involving accounting, compliance, consolidation, and coordination with auditors/consultants across jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts for multiple group entities (India, USA, Dubai, Singapore).
- Ensure timely monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and reporting.
- Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions, and manage consolidated financial statements.
- Handle payroll, expense management, and internal cost allocations.
- Manage statutory compliance in India (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings).
- Coordinate with overseas consultants for Dubai (VAT, ESR, Corporate Tax), Singapore (GST, Corporate Tax), and USA (IRS/state filings).
- Ensure timely statutory filings and adherence to respective accounting standards.
- Support annual audits and maintain compliance documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
- Assist management in financial planning and decision-making.
- Implement and monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with group policies.
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners across multiple countries.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- CA / CA Inter / CMA / CPA preferred.
- 47 years of experience in accounting & finance (preferably with multi-country entities).
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting & taxation and working exposure to international compliance (USA, Dubai, Singapore).
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Ability to coordinate independently with overseas consultants and auditors.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Noida, Sector 62.
