We are on the lookout for a self-driven and seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager to become part of our vibrant sales team. The primary focus of this role is to market our IoT solutions to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in enterprise sales, a profound understanding of IoT technology, and the prowess to propel business growth through strategic account management and the acquisition of new customers. Responsibilities include: - Sales Strategy and Execution: Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for IoT solutions. Identify and prioritize target accounts and opportunities within the enterprise segment. Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. - Account Management: Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with enterprise customers. Comprehend customer needs and requirements to offer customized IoT solutions. Engage in negotiations and secure agreements to optimize revenue and profitability. - Market Analysis and Development: Conduct market research to uncover new prospects and trends in the IoT industry. Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to devise go-to-market strategies and campaigns. - Collaboration and Communication: Liaise closely with the product development team to ensure customer feedback informs product enhancements. Coordinate with the technical team to provide precise and timely solutions to customer queries and concerns. Engage in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to endorse IoT solutions and generate leads. - Reporting and Documentation: Produce regular sales reports and forecasts for management evaluation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Key Competencies: - Solid business acumen and strategic thinking. - Ability to comprehend and articulate intricate technical concepts. - Exceptional relationship-building skills. - Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment. - Openness to travel opportunities. - Individual contributor role. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on IoT solutions. Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets in a competitive setting. Experience in managing intricate sales cycles and negotiating substantial deals. Skills: Extensive understanding of IoT technologies and their application in diverse industries. Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools.,
