Job Description
- You are an Information Technology firm looking to hire a passionate and skilled Robotics Trainer to conduct hands-on learning experiences in robotics, coding, and STEM innovation for school students. The ideal candidate will inspire curiosity, promote problem-solving skills, and lead students in exciting projects using robotics kits and programming tools. You should have proficiency in educational robotics platforms such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi, as well as basic programming knowledge in languages like Python, Scratch, and C/C++. It is essential to be familiar with sensors, motors, microcontrollers, and automation concepts, and have an understanding of STEM-based projects and curriculum integration. In addition to technical skills, you should possess strong communication and classroom management abilities. You must be able to simplify complex technical concepts for young learners, demonstrate creativity in lesson planning, and show patience and enthusiasm while working with children. Collaboration with school staff and curriculum coordinators is also crucial. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering age-appropriate robotics lessons in line with the school curriculum, conducting hands-on sessions using kits like LEGO, Arduino, or similar platforms, teaching basic programming and electronics concepts through interactive activities, organizing robotics clubs, competitions, and exhibitions within the school, assessing student progress, and maintaining and managing robotics lab equipment and inventory. You will also be responsible for training school teachers on integrating robotics into regular subjects and staying updated with emerging trends in educational technology and robotics. This is a full-time, permanent position. Fluency in English is preferred. The work location is in person.
