Job Description
Established in 1995, Pragya is a non-governmental, development organization implementing projects in the remote and underserved regions of the world. The organization aims to deliver integrated and holistic development projects in the areas of agriculture, natural resource management, water management, disaster management, renewable energy, education, health and gender. Pragya is currently operating in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Kenya in the global south and in the UK and USA. Pragya, India invites applications for the following position:
Position: Sr. Team Member, Communication and Social Media
Location: Gurgaon, India
Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate for the production and the dissemination of podcasts and short videos that can be transmitted through secure channels to our target population.
Editing videos and raw inputs to make it suitable for broadcasting, as per the requirement of the project.
Help establish and grow our audience engagement strategy for podcasts, including communicating with our audience
Contribute creative input to audio and video programs that can be used for training purpose
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Masters or equivalent in Mass communication, Animation, Graphic designing or Media Arts.
At least 2 years' experience working in an equivalent role producing audio and/or video productions
Proficiency in audio mixing and/or video editing
Ability to work comfortably with different operating systems and software applications,
The ability to write scripts and/or edit text in simple English and Hindi languages
Knowledge of best practices in podcast or video development
Experience juggling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication skills

Adobe Photoshop cc
Adobe Premiere pro cc
Final Cut Pro X
MS Office
S/he should be proficient in current communications technologies and media. S/he will have to understand the programs and prepare content in simple, easy to understand form for internal and external communication.
There is no provision for reimbursement of travel expenses for the personal interview.
