Job Description

    NTT DATA is looking to hire a Conversational AI QA Lead to be a part of their team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Conversational AI QA Lead, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing conversational AI solutions specifically designed for banking use cases. You will be tasked with creating and executing a comprehensive QA strategy that is in line with the product roadmap and business objectives. An important aspect of this role involves leading, mentoring, and nurturing a high-performing QA team to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Your role will also involve establishing and enforcing quality standards, processes, and best practices for software testing, encompassing both automated and manual testing methodologies. Collaboration with product management, engineering, and operations teams will be essential to define quality metrics and ensure alignment on product quality goals. You will oversee the design and implementation of test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts to validate product functionality and performance. Regular updates to executive leadership on quality metrics, testing progress, and risk assessments related to product releases will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be expected to identify and advocate for quality enhancements throughout the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A proven track record of developing and executing QA strategies for complex software products is crucial. Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices is required, along with experience in test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
