Job Description

As an Executive - Quality Analyst at our company, your role will focus on driving quality across the product lifecycle. You should be proficient in test automation, API testing, and QA tools, with a strong emphasis on analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience with SQL, Git, and Agile practices will be advantageous for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Quality Planning & Strategy:** Define and implement QA plans and test strategies aligned with product and service objectives. - **Automation & Efficiency:** Lead automation efforts to enhance test coverage, speed, and overall quality assurance processes. - **Defect Management:** Identify, track, and resolve defects through close collaboration with development teams. - **Testing & Validation:** Conduct comprehensive performance, regression, and functional testing to ensure product reliability. - **Process Improvement & Reporting:** Continuously improve QA tools and workflows, ensuring compliance and providing clear quality reports to stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - 1-3 years of QA experience with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices. - Proficiency in automation tools, API testing, Jira, Postman/Swagger, and CRMs. - Basic knowledge of SQL and Git for testing and version control support. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - B.Tech from Tier1/Tier2 university.
