Job Description

Were seeking a dynamic Sales Development Manager to lead our SDR team, focusing on achieving outbound and inbound sales targets. This role involves managing a team of 6, driving sales activities, and ensuring pipeline growth in designated territories.

Youll be responsible for hiring, coaching, and performance management, working closely with sales and marketing to enhance sales outreach activities. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in developing successful sales teams. Responsibilities

• Deliver on outbound and inbound growth initiative goals
• Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives in the Boston office
• Participate in the SDR recruiting process and make hiring decisions
• Consistently meet or exceed team goals for activity, hiring, and pipeline creation
• Drive SDR activity metrics and grow pipeline in specific territories
• Coach, manage performance, and develop the career paths of team members
• Partner with business development and sales operations to enhance sales outreach performance
• Assess team needs and recommend training plans and programs
