Job Description

SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking DevOps Engineer to lead infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline optimization, and cloud-native deployments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), container orchestration, and infrastructure as code (IaC). Youll play a key role in enabling scalable, secure, and resilient systems across our technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
Design and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Monitor system performance and reliability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog
Automate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Ensure security and compliance across environments (IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning)
Collaborate with development teams to streamline code deployments and reduce release cycles
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery planning
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices and documentation

Requirements

8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering

Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud-native architectures

Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef

Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Helm, and microservices architecture

Experience with version control systems (Git) and branching strategies

Familiarity with security best practices: container security, secrets management, and compliance frameworks
