Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to create user-centric, intuitive digital
products. The ideal candidate has a strong design background, works well in agile teams,
and can turn user journeys into seamless experiences.
Responsibilities:
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead
to intuitive user experiences.
Facilitate the clients product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching,
prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized
for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to
collaborate closely with developers, copywriters, and UX designers.
Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows, and
effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
Present and justify your design choices based on the design roadmap, design thinking, and
core principles like color theory and visual hierarchy.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1 - 2yrs of experience and a proven track record.
Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
Experience using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and Zeplin.
Strong attention to WCAG and ADA guidelines.
Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.
Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset.
Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and design user-centric
solutions
Apply UX best practices with a focus on mobile-first and responsive design
Ideally familiar with AI tools to enhance workflow and creativity
Iterate designs efficiently and intelligently
Communicate design ideas and processes clearly to teams and clients. A clear
understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
