About the Role:

Were hiring Technical Support Engineers ServiceNow + UI Layer (Troubleshooting) to join our User Experience Team.

This role goes beyond tech support its about platform-level troubleshooting for customized, business-critical workflows on ServiceNow. Think part developer, part detective, and part trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve technical issues across web, chat, email, and calls.
• Debug ServiceNow platform issues using logs, dev tools, and performance checks.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve usability & performance.
• Troubleshoot UI/UX glitches and AJAX/API issues.
• Share feedback that shapes future products & tools.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Must Have:

• 2+ years of ServiceNow (Support / Implementation / Development)
• Strong in AngularJS, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML
• Good understanding of OOP & SQL
• Hands-on debugging, RCA, performance analysis
• Excellent communication skills
  

Good to Have:

• ServiceNow UI Components (Client Scripts, UI Policies, Portals, UI Builder)
• Knowledge of Virtual Agent & Configurable Workspaces
• SaaS/Web App support experience
