About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as technical advisor. As a technical advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via calls, chats and handle escalation cases.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting
- Providing product/service information to customers
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals
Requirements:
- Very good communication skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English
- Minimum 12th pass qualification
- Freshers can also apply.
Shifts:
Rotational shift including night shift( for male candidates)
6 working days 1 days off on rotational basis
