Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service by understanding clients' needs, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions.
  
• Conduct comprehensive retirement planning analysis using tools like Defined Contribution, 401K, IRA, Retirement Benefits to identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of plans and provide ongoing support to clients.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain expertise in retirement planning.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in financial services or a related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of defined contribution/defined benefit pension plans, 401(k) plans, individual retirement accounts (IRAs), retirement benefits administration.
  
• Proficiency in creating detailed reports using various software applications such as [list specific software].
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
• US Shift
• Both side cab and meal.
