IGT is looking for a head of HR Technology for Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management
The position will be responsible for
- Primarily overseeing the end-to-end deployment/updating/customization and integration of Oracle HCM all modules globally. The role involves driving digital adoption firm-wide by managing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders, technology support team, implementation partners to ensure the successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules. This individual will be a key player in driving HR technology initiatives, optimizing business processes, and enhancing user experience across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all the Oracle HCM modules
Stakeholder Management: Work with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues. Act as the primary liaison between business units (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) and the implementation team. Understand business and leadership requirements on people metrics and translate them into technical solutions within SuccessFactors.
System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.
Training, testing & Quality assurance of HR tech products: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
Change Management and digital adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to ensure the successful adoption of technology solutions, both to HR teams and wider global workforce.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.
