Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Business Process is responsible for coordinating and supervising business processes across departments to achieve efficient, timely, and high-quality service delivery. The role involves continuous process review, improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day delivery operations and business processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely service or product delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports for management, and provide feedback for process enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Train and mentor staff, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and process optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency with process management tools or software.
