Job Description

• Lead a team of 4 talented data scientists, providing mentorship, technical direction, and day-to-day guidance.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of data science solutions, with a strong focus on chatbots, tool calling AI agents, and recommender systems.
• Ensure the team s work is technically sound, scalable, and aligned with both business goals and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineering teams to shape and deliver impactful features.

• Hands on experience with implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Experience with AWS for deploying and scaling data science services in production environments.
• Balance strategy and execution: you re comfortable rolling up your sleeves to code, but also love to step back and define long-term vision.
