You will be aligned with our Human Resources vertical and help us in the function that is crucial for the organization that deals with the people

Issues related to people such as compensation and benefits, recruiting and hiring employees, onboarding employees, performance management, training, and organization development and culture.

You will be working as a part of HR Operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations. HR operations and operational HR services, include administrative services, job analysis, and employee relationship management.

You will be responsible for Payroll and benefit administration where in you will be involved New Joinee/ existing employee Mediclaim & PF query addressing ,Monthly Group Payroll reconciliation, Monthly Resignation/Retirement/Contract Closure Updating . You will be accountable to own and resolve day to day payroll problems within the confines of established policies, practices and procedures

2to 8 years of experience

CTC : upto 6 LPA

Location : Mumbai (Airoli)

US Shift(5:30 pm - 3:00 am)

2 Way cab facility

5 Days of working, 2 Days off
