Job Description:
Capgemini is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented TPRM Specialist to support our global Third-Party Risk Management program. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in risk assessments, vendor governance, and compliance operations, with strong coordination and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to TPRM policies and procedures across the full lifecycle.
- Support SMEs, TPBRs, and TPMO teams in risk assessments and relationship management.
- Monitor service requests and initiate risk assessments or tag them to existing records.
- Drive follow-ups and escalations for:
- Inherent Risk Assessments
- Launch Reviews
- Due Diligence (DDQ completion and action plans)
- Contingency Plans
- Risk Summary approvals
- Perform monthly reconciliations using Coupa Risk Assess and Coupa Core.
- Generate and distribute BSCA reports aligned with contract status.
- Monitor data quality and ensure ownership updates for inactive employee records.
- Update contract execution details and relationship statuses.
- Support documentation needs for internal audits and regulatory inquiries.
- Handle ServiceNow ticket dispositioning and document transfers to VisoTrust.
Desired Skills:
- Strong understanding of Third-Party Risk Management processes.
- Experience with tools like Coupa Risk Assess, Coupa Core, and ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to manage compliance documentation and audit support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in TPRM, Vendor Governance, or Compliance roles.
