Job Description

JOb Location: Bangalore (Electronic city) / Hybrid work
Skills : Java + React is Mandate

Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based back-end services and RESTful APIs.
Develop user-facing features using React.js, ensuring a smooth, responsive, and dynamic user experience.
Integrate front-end and back-end components, building end-to-end web applications.
Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL), ensure data modeling is optimized, and build efficient queries. - Design and architect scalable and maintainable Java-based backend systems and React-driven front-end solutions.
Ensure that both front-end and back-end applications are optimized for performance and scalability.
Drive the implementation of best practices in software design, version control, and testing.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java, including frameworks like Spring Boot and JPA/Hibernate.
Expertise in React.js and Redux for developing dynamic, responsive front-end applications.
Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and integrating back-end services with front-end interfaces.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Familiarity with responsive web design and front-end testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of professional development experience, with at least 3 years of experience in leading teams.
Hands-on experience in full-stack development with strong Java back-end and React front-end expertise.
Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level applications.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in an Agile environment and effectively manage time and priorities.
