Position: Corporate Trainer Spoken English (Skill Development)
Work Mode: 100% Permanent Work From Home
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM (1 Hour Break)

Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct spoken English and communication skills training for candidates preparing for MNC interviews.
Coordinate with the scheduling team and submit candidates once they are interview-ready.
Maintain and update daily trackers for candidate attendance, progress, and readiness status.
Groom candidates as per client requirements fluency, etiquette, confidence, and communication style.
Ensure candidates are professionally interview-ready in terms of communication and behavior.
Motivate, mentor, and continuously monitor candidates until successful placement.

Requirements
1 to 5 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer / Spoken English Trainer / Communication Coach.
Excellent spoken & written English skills.
Strong ability in coordination, tracking, and reporting.
Ability to train and groom fresh graduates.
Passionate about mentoring and career building.
