Project Co-ordinator Erection
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure customers views are managed towards the best solution.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for management
- Work with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Update stagewise documentation of project & project logs on daily basis.
Responsibilities of Site Engineer in PEB are as follows.
- To take control of workers at the site.
- Guide the Erection in-charge, the Erection team and the team leader.
- To serve the project engineer and with all necessary information of work and reports on regular basis on WhatsApp group & google sheet.
- Responsible for work process.
- Prepare the method statements to carry out work.
- Prepare the checklist for different work.
- Prepare daily progress reports from site and update to reporting head.
- Analyse and monitor entire site that the work is in line with schedule and as per plan.
- Execute all the work activities with the good quality.
- To take care of entire team to work in a safe manner.
- To maintain stagewise inspection documents.
- To Update daily SOD & EOD Report with Photos on WhatsApp group.
- To Update daily Google Form.
- To Update Site GRN for vehicle receiving information.
- To Attend regular SOD & EOD meeting on Video call.
