Required Skills :

Managing Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Verifying timesheets Approved/Not Approved
Processed Bi-weekly & Monthly Payroll for 100 Consultants using ADP payroll System
Processed Manual checks and Adjustments ,
Responds to employees queries as related to payroll
Responsible for book keeping functions including A/P , A/R , Payroll
Responsible for entering supplier/Customer payments in QuickBooks and preparing excel Summary sheet for each customer
Creating Invoices on Quick Books as per vendor requirements i.e. weekly, bi-weekly
