Location -Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai

Work Mode- Work from office

Exp -  5-8 yrs

JD:

Primary Technical Skills:

• Automation testing using Selenium WebDriver
• API testing

Secondary Technical Skills:

• Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Tools: Swagger, IBM Performance Tool
• Testing Types: Manual Testing, Integration Testing

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Minimum of 4 years of combined manual and automation testing experience, ideally in a 70/30 ratio
• Strong experience in testing web applications and APIs, preferably using Java
• Exposure to automation tools and various programming languages
• Hands-on experience in GUI automation using Selenium and API automation (e.g., JUnit)
• Proficient in identifying test cases, mapping them to requirements, and conducting test case reviews
• Knowledge of web concepts such as sessions, cookies, and different web request types
• Experience in both manual and automated API testing
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts
• Experience working with databases
• Strong skills in test planning and defect lifecycle management

Preferred Background and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of card-based systems including Card Authorization, Card Validation, Cardholder Validation, Card Personalization, and Card Administration
• At least 4 years of experience as an automation tester in an Agile environment, preferably using Java
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence
