Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales performance of affordable housing loan products to achieve business targets.
Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new customers through various channels (NBFCs, Banks, etc.).
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, developers, and internal teams.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling other financial products such as insurance or wealth management services.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-4 years of experience in Affordable Housing/Home Loans/Housing Finance industry.
Strong understanding of NBFC regulations and processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
