Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities.
- Develop and execute creative concepts to deliver high quality motion graphics for a variety of projects.
- Co-ordinate with sales team based in India, US and customers to get their motion graphics content done in a timely manner & maintain company quality standards.
- Plan content design according to client requirements and ensure that final product adheres to the policies and standards of the Company.
- Be aware of latest techniques and procedures used in Motion Graphics Designs and use it to provide best quality of designs for customers.
- Must Work in collaboration with colleagues across different locations and departments.
- Should have the ability to use strong creative, artistic and analytical approach to solve complex tasks/designs.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Opportunity to manage & lead a team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with designing Advertisements is a plus.
- Must have exposure to Adobe products with minimum of 1 year work experience in After Effects.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, especially English.
- Must have a strong track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, able to work nights, some weekends and be flexible with timing.
- Must be result driven and complete tasks with tight timelines.
- Must be able to work independently and find ways to improve processes and content.
- Experience in 3D preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong English Communication, Verbal and Written is a MUST.
