Translate client requirements and challenges into tailored SpiderX SaaS solutions.
Support proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, business cases, and ROI analysis.
Contribute to building thought leadership materials (use-case decks, case studies, POV documents).
Business Analysis & Process Optimization:
Work with internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Map, analyze, and improve business processes for seamless SaaS adoption.
Provide feedback to product teams to refine feature roadmap and client fit.
Ensure smooth handover of requirements and solution expectations between pre-sales and delivery.
GTM & Strategic Support:
Support leadership in shaping GTM strategy for SpiderX and other WS products.
Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify opportunities.
Track SaaS KPIs and provide insights that influence sales and marketing strategies.
Align marketing, sales, and product teams with data-driven recommendations.
