About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive structure, clarity, and delivery across our engineering teams. In this role, you'll serve as a key connector between product, engineering, and stakeholders, ensuring projects move forward efficiently and transparently. You will:
- Own the day-to-day execution of projects across multiple cross-functional development teams.
- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and project status meetings.
- Collaborate closely with product owners and engineers to define, refine, and track user stories, requirements, and technical tasks.
- Help teams stay focused and unblock delivery by coordinating dependencies, resolving impediments, and managing risks.
- Ensure transparency and clarity across teams and stakeholders by maintaining clear project documentation and reporting.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery practices, tooling, and team processes.
- Support the creation and maintenance of high-quality technical and functional documentation.
- Work with engineering leadership to ensure proper prioritization, scope alignment, and resource planning.
- Communicate project updates and risks in a structured, actionable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
About You
You're an experienced technical project manager or delivery lead who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance process with flexibility. You bring:
- A background in computer science, engineering, or strong experience working closely with technical teams.
- Proven experience as a project manager or scrum master in agile software development environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including real-world experience running ceremonies across multiple teams.
- Excellent skills in managing and documenting requirements, roadmaps, user stories, and sprint boards.
- Hands-on experience with tools like ADO, AHA, Jira, Confluence or similar.
- Familiarity with modern product and engineering workflows (CI/CD, version control, APIs, cloud-native development).
- Strong communication skills able to adapt messaging across engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery and quality.
Bonus points for:
- Technical background as a developer, QA engineer, or systems analyst.
- Experience working with DevOps teams or infrastructure-focused initiatives.
- Experience in a SaaS, data-driven, or analytics-heavy product environment.
- Familiarity with compliance or security-oriented project management.
