Job Description
- You will be responsible for delivering engineering excellence through all phases of the development lifecycle as a Salesforce Developer at NEC Software Solutions (India) Private Limited. Working as a member of the Technology Services Management team, you will play a key role in building systems that empower customers and drive business growth. In an Agile team setting, you will be involved in creating and maintaining code, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions are developed. The ideal candidate will possess a strong independent development skill set while also being a collaborative team player, contributing towards executing features effectively. Your main responsibilities will include translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that maximize the potential of the Salesforce platform and its products. You will actively participate in technical design sessions, creating detailed technical solution documentation that aligns with business objectives. Additionally, you will develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements for Salesforce implementations. Your role will also involve developing custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform, executing test plans for quality assurance, and adhering to coding standards to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed. To excel in this position, you should have at least 5 years of CRM experience, with a proven track record of developing and optimizing integrated business processes across various systems. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform, including familiarity with Salesforce1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Communities, and AppExchange solutions, is essential. You should have extensive development experience using VisualForce, Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, and other programmatic solutions within the Salesforce platform. Proficiency in developing custom Aura components, working with LWC for dynamic UIs, Rest-based Integrations, Lightning & Community Cloud, and various Salesforce tools like Data Loader, Flow, and Process Builder is crucial. Furthermore, you should have experience in configuring and managing Salesforce communities, implementing security models, understanding single sign-on processes, and performing data migrations. Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies, Atlassian tools, and excellent written and oral communication skills are highly desirable. Any additional experience with Mulesoft, Salesforce Administration, Salesforce.com Certifications, NPSP knowledge, or other relevant qualifications would be considered advantageous for this role.,
