Job Description
- As an Assistant / Deputy Manager AID (Architects & Interior Designers) at our company, you will be based in either Chandigarh or Ludhiana and report directly to the State Head. Your primary objective will be to enhance our connection with architects and interior designers in the Chandigarh region. This involves promoting product specifications, driving approvals, and establishing a robust pipeline of project opportunities by fostering strong relationships and maintaining an active AID database. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing a comprehensive database of architects and interior designers to monitor projects and facilitate product specifications. You will be tasked with increasing brand awareness and product knowledge among AIDs through regular interactions, presentations, and engagement activities. It will be crucial for you to secure product specifications in both ongoing and upcoming projects by building effective relationships and collaborating closely with project sales teams to convert specifications into business. Additionally, staying abreast of market trends, design preferences, and upcoming developments in the AID space will be essential. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in AID engagement and project-based selling, preferably within the tiles or building materials industry. A strong network and databank of AIDs in Chandigarh and nearby regions is highly beneficial, along with proficiency in sales funnelling, project tracking, and relationship management. Excellent presentation and communication skills are key requirements, with design sensitivity considered an added advantage. Ideally, you should hold a graduate degree, with a background in architecture, interior design, or marketing being advantageous. A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in the tiles or building materials industry, focusing on architect/designer relationships, is required for this position.,
