Job Description
- You are an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Developer looking to join a dynamic team as a Senior Consultant or Delivery Manager. You should have a strong background in designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions, utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Flows. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that align with business requirements and add value. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will build and maintain Flows, Apex Classes, LWC Components, and other declarative/programmable solutions. Additionally, you will develop and customize functionality for various flows, APIs, and communication triggers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, documentation, and deployment within the Salesforce platform. You may also be involved in leading solution architecture reviews, participating in sprint planning, and collaborating with integration teams to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems. To excel in this role, you should have 2 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL is essential, along with a strong background in building Flows and custom logic. Previous experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, as well as familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and external data handling is highly beneficial. Knowledge of CI/CD, version control (e.g., Git), and Salesforce DX is a plus, and possessing Salesforce Developer Certification(s) such as Platform Developer I/II or App Builder is preferred. In addition to your technical skills, you should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. The role requires the ability to work independently, manage project priorities in a fast-paced environment, and ideally, have previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles.,
