Position: Sales Officer /Independent Relationship Manager Home Loans
Location: Gurgaon, Noida

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for home loans through builders, building associations, open market activities, property dealers, and housing projects.
- Actively source and acquire new customers for affordable housing loans. Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and channel partners to increase business penetration.
- Conduct regular field visits, canopy activities, and customer meetings for lead generation. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Ensure completion of documentation and coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursement and cross-sell insurance or related financial products.
- Maintain and update daily sales reports (DSR), pipeline tracking, and MIS.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of home loans and mortgage industry.
- Ability to generate leads from the open market, buildings, and builders network. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field. Basic understanding of credit and documentation process.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 14 years of experience in Home Loan / Loan Against Property / Affordable Housing sales.
- Must have own vehicle.
