In this role, you will work alongside a team of top-notch engineers and product experts to design, implement, deliver, and support highly ambitious products and integrations. Your responsibilities will include estimating tasks, providing technical guidance to the test team, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, developing and maintaining test scripts, and contributing to the selection and implementation of Quality Assurance tools. You will be expected to stay current with the latest technology trends, recommend best practices, and actively participate in continuous improvement processes. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, possess at least 5 years of work experience, and demonstrate proficiency in tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, Selenium Grid, Maven, and Jenkins. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of technical product architecture, and the ability to lead small to mid-sized teams are essential requirements. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, open-source contributions, and certifications in technology and agile methodologies are considered bonus points.
