We are currently seeking applications for the positions of Associate, Process Developer, Business Analyst, and Assistant Manager in Web Support. The primary responsibility in this role is to assist end users in transitioning to a unified website by consolidating various platforms into a single login system, enabling seamless access to all platforms. Support activities include addressing login issues, updates, role creation, edits, deletions, permission management, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Responding to general inquiries: Providing assistance to customers on Website, Onboarding, Login, Products, and Services. - Guiding customers on purchasing processes: Assisting customers in purchasing, renewing, resetting passwords, changing billing and shipping addresses, adding products to the cart, resolving checkout issues, and sending proforma invoices. - Assisting with knowledge base management: Supporting customers in creating and managing knowledge articles, including search techniques and sharing relevant information. - Providing guidance on entitlements and SLAs: Assisting customers in setting up and managing entitlement processes, service level agreements (SLAs), and milestones within Salesforce Service Cloud. - Resolving user access issues: Addressing user access problems such as granting or revoking permissions, troubleshooting permission-related errors, and managing user roles effectively. - Ensuring customer satisfaction: Following up on unresolved issues, soliciting feedback for continuous improvement, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction with the support provided. Qualifications Required: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Graduate in any stream - Fresher or experienced candidates - Support experience - University graduate - Proficiency in SFDC, SAP, JIRA (preferred) Preferred Qualifications / Skills: - Any graduate - Experience in Order Management - Proficiency in Excel, SFDC, and JIRA applications Join us at Genpact and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional support and services.
