We are seeking applications for the position of Lead Consultant - Conferencing Support Analyst. In this role, you will collaborate with IT teams to integrate conferencing and messaging solutions with other enterprise systems. Your responsibilities will include focusing on digital collaboration tools and services such as Slack, Trello, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint online, and Email support. You will also conduct training sessions for employees on the effective use of conferencing and messaging tools, as well as document and update support procedures and user guides. Qualifications we seek in you include a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with minimum experience in conferencing support or a similar role. Preferred qualifications/skills include proficiency in using and supporting various conferencing and messaging platforms, extensive knowledge of Service Now and the Incident Management module, considerable experience in supporting and managing collaboration systems, strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
