Job Description

    As a Senior Analyst in IT Service Management (ITSM) at Saks, you will play a crucial role in a collaborative project team. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding business requirements, facilitating incident resolutions, and supporting the implementation of incident and change management processes by following Standard Operating Procedures. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess 4 to 6 years of working experience in Incident Management and Change Management. You must have experience in communicating effectively at the executive level and working with Incident Management tools like Pagerduty, Statuspage, and Jira. Familiarity with ITIL Foundations principles is preferred. Your role will involve implementing Incident Management processes, expanding its functionality across the organization, and supporting Major Incident processes. You will be responsible for coordinating resolution activities, communicating updates with stakeholders, and leading post-mortem meetings after incidents are resolved. Additionally, you will chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, develop change management plans, and evaluate the impact of organizational changes.
