Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Location: Pune
Job Type: Full-Time

5days work from office.
Job Description:
Work with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for analytics and reporting needs
Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business requirements, leveraging features such as SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, and recipes.
Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources, including Salesforce CRM data, ERP systems, and other third-party applications.
Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, ensuring efficient data processing, storage, and visualization.
Conduct training and provide technical support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions.
