Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Review contractor plans, drawings, and method statements.

Ensure compliance with IEC, NEC, and project specifications.

Supervise HV/LV testing and commissioning procedures.

Manage subcontractor teams and resolve site execution issues.

Ensure interface coordination with mechanical and instrumentation teams.

Skills & Competencies:-

Strong technical knowledge of discipline-specific equipment, installation, and commissioning.
- Familiarity with international codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work with multicultural teams.
- HSE awareness and compliance

.Other Requirements:- Willingness to relocate to Indonesia for long-term site assignments.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts if required.
- English communication proficiency (written and verbal).
- Team player with leadership potential (for senior roles).
