Job Description

Responsible to assist SCM - Assistant Manager for global purchasing procedures to ensure their continuous improvement and development. Assist SCM - Assistant Manager to maintain standards, policies and processes as well as follow up/highlight to the SMCs to ensure they follow compliance on purchasing and is carried out effectively.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assist in establishing and regularly review Supply Chain Management Procedures and Manual in close coordination with the SMCu2019s and SCM team.

Understand the Procurement KPIs, policy and processes for BSM and assist in follow up that procurement compliance is met by all internal and external stakeholders and escalate to SCM - Assistant Manager for corrective action in case of non-compliance to support BSMu2019s strategy, objectives and KPIs.

Work together with the Vendor Profile Management team in SCM to strengthen vendor database to continuously meet BSM group requirements with regards to their professionalism, integrity, quality and cost of goods and services offered, through systematic performance monitoring and feed-back.

Liaise with and assist SCM - Business Process Analyst to compile and analyze statistical data on vendor data base, contract management, external prices benchmarking, spend patterns, vessel purchasing activities, budgets and expenditure, trends/variance.

Assist in managing and maintaining the BSM PAL Item Master and Catalog database.

Responsible for Vendor profile management, updating/new Vendor Bank detail and timely updates of changes required in Vendor details for Flex

Assist the SCM - Assistant Manager to liaise with Group Finance and GSC that they ensure payments of pending/overdue Invoice payments to vendors.

Assist the SCM - Assistant Manager to liaise with SMCs for vendor feedback / evaluation / performance , pricing feedbacks, recommending approved vendors for contract, turnover reports, contracted/non-contracted vendor usage analysis.

Assist the SCM - Assistant Manager to perform Vendor Audits, compile data etc.as required by BSM / Genpro.

Supports Group initiatives, projects, systems, and developments.

Requirements
Qualification :Graduate Minimum (Prefer Commerce)

Knowledge &Relevant experience :
Invoice clearingprocedure.
SOAu2019s analysing andreconciling.
Knowledge or ERP inAccounting & Purchase (Invoice Clearing) with experience (min 2 years) ofworking in this.
Advanced Excel,practical knowledge of finding duplicates, V-lookup function, Pivot TableFunctionu2026 Candidate will be tested.
Fluent in Englishwith direct approach ability to solve the issues for definite result.
